SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to loading and unloading equipment intended for refueling of railcars of any types, including subway cars with loose material, particularly sand. Automatic loading and unloading mobile complex comprises stationary installation of bulk cargo receiving and unloading, consisting of interconnected by means of pneumatic conveyor connection of loading device with initial opening with a working surface for feeding bulk cargo and a loading device having a bulk cargo hopper with an automatic means of its controlled shipment to the body of a wheeled vehicle. Load-carrying vehicle is carried out, preferably by means of flexible connection, with filling of rail vehicles container with loose load. Loading device comprises a pneumatic chamber pump with a container, the outlet section of which is connected to the inlet section of the pneumatic connection, and the inlet section is connected to the outlet part of the initial opening with the working surface, which is additionally connected with second inlet of pneumatic conveyor connection through aspiration device, made with possibility of cleaning from bin dust and initial opening. Automatic device for controlled loading of loading device is made in the form of telescopic loading device, which automatically stops bulk cargo unloading by sending outgoing signal from capacitance sensor of limit load level; capacitive sensor is arranged in vehicle body to control unit with programmable automation, which performs monitoring and control of operating cycle, folding from loading loose cargo into loading device, its transportation into loading device hopper and its further loading into vehicle body.
EFFECT: unified device is created, higher speed, efficiency and quality.
