FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to morphology, and can be used to study architectonics of structural elements of eyeball in chicken embryos. For this purpose, the embryo's eyeball is fixed in 10 % formalin solution. That is followed by obtaining thin histological sections not exceeding 10 mcm and stained with haematoxylin and eosin. Sections are glued to object glasses and enclosed under cover glass. After that, obtained preparations are subjected to photomicrography on 10th, 15th and 20th day of embryo development. For this purpose, a mirror digital camera is fixed on a support. Photographs are taken and processed through photo editing programs.
EFFECT: invention enables to determine architectonical changes in organs of small animals and in embryos in different age periods.
