SUBSTANCE: invention relates to digital circuitry, automation and industrial electronics. In particular, it can be used in units of computer equipment, which are made using R-S triggers. Disclosed is a triggering synchronous R-S trigger on field-effect transistors, which comprises five field-effect transistors, four resistors and a source of supply DC voltage. Novelty is that four resistors, an additional field transistor with an induced p-type channel and the connection of elements are changed.

EFFECT: high load-carrying capacity of triggering synchronous R-S trigger on field-effect transistors.
