SUBSTANCE: invention relates to digital circuitry, automation and industrial electronics. In particular, it can be used in units of computer equipment, made on RS flip-flops. Disclosed is a trigger asynchronous RS flip-flop on field transistors, which comprises four field transistors, four resistors and a source of supply DC voltage. Novelty is that four resistors, an additional field transistor with an induced p-type channel and the connection of elements are changed.

EFFECT: technical result is increase of load capacity of trigger asynchronous RS flip-flop on field transistors.
