SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in systems for reducing emissions of internal combustion engines. Solid particle sensor assembly (200) comprises two completely intersecting tubes (232) and (234) fluidly connected to outer annular tube (220). Crossed and outer annular tubes (232), (234) and (220) are fluidly connected to the sensor through bent tube (251) extending in the direction opposite to the exhaust gas flow (298). Invention covers also version of solids particle sensor assembly and method of solid particle sensor assembly operation.

EFFECT: technical result consists in reduction of probability of ingress of large solid particles and / or drops of water into sensor of solid particles.
