SUBSTANCE: use: for use with an analytical test strip when determining an analyte in a biological fluid sample. Essence of invention consists in the fact that portable instrumentation comprises: housing; clock generator module located in housing; microcontroller located in housing; located in the housing circuit unit for generation of signals with low level of distortion, which includes: circuit subunit of signals summation; resistive-capacitive (RC) filter; a single operational amplifier and a test strip strip connector, configured to receive the analytical test strip functionally; and wherein clock generator module and microcontroller are configured to generate a plurality of rectangular pulse signals with phase shift and output a plurality of rectangular pulse signals with a phase shift to signal summation circuitry; and wherein the signal summation circuit is configured to add a plurality of rectangular pulse signals with a phase shift for generating a resultant sum signal and outputting the resultant sum signal to the RC filter; and wherein the RC filter is configured to filter harmonics from the resultant sum signal to thereby generate a reduced harmonic distortion signal; and wherein the single operational amplifier is configured to amplify the signal with reduced harmonic distortion to obtain an amplified signal with reduced harmonic distortion, which is an output signal for the analytical test strip received in the port of the test strip.
EFFECT: technical result is increased accuracy of analyte determination in biological fluid sample.
