FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a method of making turbine rotor blade. Method of making a turbine rotor blade using a forging alloy based on Ni comprises a step of softening, including a hot forging step and a cooling step, comprising increasing content γ'-phase that is not coherent with γ-phase, which is a matrix phase in a forging alloy based on Ni; a first processing step, comprising forming at least two structural elements constituting the rotor blade, using a forging alloy based on Ni, carried out after the softening step; second processing step, which consists in formation of cooling structure elements in each of structural elements in form of cooling flow passage channel; and third processing step, consisting in mutual connection of structural elements by means of friction welding with mixing; wherein content γ'-phase in forging alloy based on Ni is at temperature not lower than 1,050°C not less than 10 mol%, but not more than 40 mol%.
EFFECT: development of the turbine rotor blade making method using the forging alloy based on Ni with high manufacturability and high degree of freedom at design of the cooling structure.
