FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, namely, to production of high-temperature elements of steam turbine design. Method of producing a high-temperature structural element from an Ni-based alloy involves a melting and casting step to produce a workpiece, a step of hot forging in dies, a step for processing into a solid solution and an aging treatment. Stage of hot forging in dies includes sub-stage of joint heating of billet to forging temperature together with dies and sub-stage of hot forging, consisting in extraction of dies and workpiece, heated to forging temperature, from heater into medium with room temperature and immediate performance of hot forging workpiece using press. Certain dies for forming a forged piece are made of another Ni-based superalloy containing γ- and γ'-phase, wherein dissolution temperature γ'-phase in solid state is 1,050–1,250 °C, and amount γ'-phase falling out at 1,050 °C is at least 10 %. γ'-phase falls in two forms: in form of crystalline particles of intra-grained γ'-phase inside crystalline grains γ-phase and in form of inter-granular crystalline particles γ'-phase between crystalline grains γ-phase.
EFFECT: providing stability of manufacturing of high-temperature structural elements, as well as repairability of dies.
