FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to thermal recovery of a turbine design element used in operation. Disclosed is method of reducing heat treatment of used in operation element of turbine structure of nickel-based alloy, which is cast item from alloy on base of nickel, containing γ-phase as a matrix and γ'-phase in amount of 30 vol. % or more, including thermal treatment to form solid solution γ'-phase in γ-phase without recrystallisation γ-phases at temperature in range from temperature by 10 °C higher than dissolution temperature γ'-phase to temperature by 10 °C below melting point γ-phase, and aging thermal treatment. Grains coordinate axes (GROD) orientation deviation value of crystalline grains γ-phase after said heat treatment to form solid solution γ'-phase in γ-phase without recrystallisation γ-phase measured by electron back scattering diffraction analysis is from at least 0.4° to not more than 0.6°.
EFFECT: longer service life of structural element, which is damaged during high-temperature creep.
