Food composition is proposed for the production of biscuit semi-finished prophylactic, including flour, starch, melange and flavoring filler, where as starch the rice starch Remyline is contained, as flour the mixture of wheat flour, powder from lupine seeds and sainfoin with a particle size of 10–15 microns in a ratio of 70:2:1 is contained, as a flavoring filler the mixture of isomalt, cinnamon and poppy seed powder in a ratio of 100:1:3 is contained, with the following ratio of components, wt %: the mixture of wheat flour, powder of lupine seeds and sainfoin 26.0–31.3; the Remyline rice starch 5.5–6.0; melange 34.2–36.0; the mixture of isomalt, cinnamon and poppy seed powder 29.0–32.0.

EFFECT: invention provides for the development of a recipe for biscuit semi-finished product with preventive properties, as well as expanding the range of flour confectionery products of similar purpose.
