SUBSTANCE: invention relates to casting machine for production of cast fabric from homogenised tobacco material. Casting machine for production of cast fabric from homogenised tobacco material comprises casting box made with possibility to contain pulp in it; movable base; a casting blade configured to cast the pulp contained in the casting box on the movable base so as to form a cast web of said homogenised tobacco material; wherein said casting blade has, in cross section, the blade edge comprising a first portion having a first radius of curvature and a second portion having a second radius of curvature, wherein said first and second curvature radiuses are from about 1 mm to about 500 mm and differ from each other.

EFFECT: technical result of the invention is creation of a new casting machine for production of homogenised tobacco material, in particular, for use in heated aerosol-forming articles "heated without combustion", which would be adapted to different heating characteristics and requirements for formation of aerosol in such heated aerosol-forming articles.
