FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to regenerative medicine and dentistry, and can be used for directed bone regeneration in osteoplastic surgeries. Method involves production of a two-layer barrier membrane with a different area of layers and a hydrophilic porous chitosan inner layer. For this purpose, preliminarily a hydrophilic porous chitosan layer with thickness of 1 mm and area of 10 × 10 mm2 is obtained from chitosan 3 % solution. Then, an external hydrophobic layer is obtained by dissolving poly-L-lactide-glycolide in chloroform to a final solution concentration of 3 mg/ml and applying it in a uniform layer on a cover glass with size of 25 × 25 mm2. Further, the layers are glued by applying a porous chitosan layer to the centre of the cover glass with the polymer solution. Obtained two-layer membrane is air-dried, detached from glass and sterilized by ozone.
EFFECT: presented invention allows improving efficiency of double-layer barrier membrane structure, and also simplifying and cheapening the method of producing a double-layer barrier membrane for directed bone regeneration.
