FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a film-forming powder for forming a layer on a tooth surface, a method of producing such a powder and a granule based on such a powder. Disclosed is a film-forming powder for sputtering on the tooth surface to form a layer on the tooth surface for use in a sputtering device for a tooth with average particle size of 0.5 to 30 mcm. Film-forming powder is obtained by calcining apatite represented by formula Ca10-X⋅MX(ZO4)6Y2, where X corresponds to value from 0 to 10; M represents an element selected from the group: sodium, lithium, magnesium, barium, strontium, zinc, cadmium, lead, vanadium, silicon, germanium, iron, arsenic, manganese, aluminium, rare-earth elements, cobalt, silver, chrome, antimony, tungsten and molybdenum, or hydrogen; ZO4 represents PO4; Y is a hydroxyl group, a halogen element or a carbonate group, at temperature from 600 to 1350 °C with further exposure to plasma. Disclosed also is a method of producing a film-forming powder used in a sputtering device for tooth-spraying on a tooth surface to form a layer on the surface of the tooth with average particle size of 0.5 to 30 mcm, involving annealing said apatite, performed at temperature of 600 to 1350 °C, with subsequent grinding and sorting and subsequent exposure to plasma. To produce the powder, hydroxyapatite, which is the main component of the tooth, particularly hydroxyapatite with an admixture of a colour shade, can be used. Method may additionally include application of mechanical energy. Invention covers also tooth for sputtering on surface of tooth for formation of layer on surface of tooth for use in jet device for tooth containing said film-forming powder.
EFFECT: use of the group of inventions allows forming a layer of high hardness and extremely low acid-solubility on the tooth surface over a short period of time by spraying said film-forming powder using a sputtering device.
