FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the machine building. Control device for internal combustion engine (100) comprises intake channel (51) of internal combustion engine (100), internal combustion engine (100) exhaust channel (52). EGR-channel (53) connects inlet channel (51) and outlet channel (52). Throttle valve (41) is located downstream of connected part with EGR-channel (53) in inlet channel (51) and is configured to control volume of sucked air flowing into internal combustion engine (100). Inlet throttle valve (39) is located upstream of the connected part with EGR-channel (53) in inlet channel (51). Degree of opening of inlet throttle valve (39) is determined based on volume of sucked air when volume of sucked air is within range in EGR-area, wherein in this range fresh air volume is not affected by throttling air of intake throttle valve (39). Also disclosed is control method for internal combustion engine.

EFFECT: technical result consists in suppression of reduction of output power when introducing EGR-gas.
