FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: control device for internal combustion engine (100) includes intake channel (51) of internal combustion engine (100), exhaust channel (52) of internal combustion engine (100). EGR-channel (53) connects inlet channel (51) and outlet channel (52). Throttle valve (41) is provided downstream of connected part with EGR-channel (53) in inlet channel (51) and is configured to control volume of sucked air to downstream side of connected part. Inlet throttle valve (39) is provided upstream of connected part with EGR-channel (53) in inlet channel (51). Degree of opening of inlet throttle valve (39) is determined based on degree of opening of throttle valve (41), when opening degree of throttle valve (41) is within range in EGR-area, wherein in this range fresh air volume is not affected by throttling air of intake throttle valve (39). Also disclosed is control method for internal combustion engine.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of controllability introduction of EGR-gas at reduction of output power reduction.
