METHOD FOR ASEPTIC PROLONGED STORAGE AND TRANSPORTATION OF ALLOGENIC IMPLANTS, DONOR TISSUES, USING AN EXAMPLE OF A DONOR CORNEA, IN A SPECIAL CONTAINER WITH NANOMODIFIED SURFACE Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC A61K9/51 A61L2/16 B82B1/00

Abstract RU 2690153 C2

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to ophthalmology and transplantology, and is intended for storage and transportation of various viable transplants. For aseptic prolonged storage and transportation of various viable transplants, a viable transplant is placed in a container in a shape corresponding to the shape of the preserved graft, made from a nanomodified polymer, application of carbon-containing films on polymer surface of container, which is then placed into flask with buffer solution for further preservation. Carbon-containing films can be diamond-like, carbine-containing, fullerene-containing, 0.01–1 mcm thick, with integral surface charge. Said container repeats the shape of preserved transplant, wherein it is perforated. Buffer solution for preserving transplants contains silver nanoclusters.

EFFECT: using the invention enables preventing deformation of preserved tissues and the risk of biofilm formation or contamination thereof in contact with the biological medium.
