SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular to plant growing, as well as to food industry. Method involves grain treatment by ultrasonic action. Processing is carried out before soaking by passing through the grain of elastic vibrations with frequency of 22 kHz with power of 180–400 W for 1–5 minutes.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase total amount of germinated grains.
