FIELD: aviation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of precision positioning devices based on piezoelectric and piezomagnetic (magnetostrictive) actuators, in particular, in aircraft engineering for controlling geometry of aerofoil sections of helicopter blades. Essence: in piezoactuator containing housing, piezoelectric cell located inside housing and connected to control electrodes, geometric shape of housing coincides with geometrical shape of piezoelectric cell. Control electrodes are configured to excite resonant electromechanical oscillations of the piezoelectric cell inside the housing. Between the piezoelectric cell and internal surface of the housing there is a small gap, the size of which does not exceed amplitude of vibrations of points on the external working surface of the piezoelectric cell at its forced electromechanical oscillations. Piezoactuator can be made as composite, consisting of single-type piezoactuators placed in a continuous resilient binder with chaotic or regular arrangement of bodies in the binder.

EFFECT: increased operating range of controlled static displacements of actuating elements of the device at reduction of its overall dimensions.
