FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fiber-optic devices for remote measurement of inhomogeneous pressure distribution. Optical pressure sensor comprises optical fiber, electro-luminescent and piezoelectric concentric cylindrical layers around optical fiber, inner and outer electrodes with variable control voltage. At that, inner electrode is made photo-transparent and is installed between optical fiber and electro-luminescent layer, and the external electrode is installed around the piezoelectric layer. Radiation receiver is installed at the output of the optical fiber. Sensor has close to linear functional dependence of resonance frequency of forced electromechanical oscillations on value of pressure increment.
EFFECT: providing measurement of both constant in time (static) pressure values and quasi-constant (id est with low rate of change in time) pressure values.
