SUBSTANCE: server is connected to a cleaning system using a network. Computer system comprises a web-based platform for receiving and sending plant data relating to operation of the plant using the network. Display device interactively displays factory data. Data cleaning unit performs an improved data cleaning process in order to enable early detection and diagnostics of plant operation based on at least one environmental factor and calculates and evaluates the mismatch value, which represents difference between raw material information and finished product information, in order to detect equipment error during plant operation, which is done based on factory data. Raw material evaluation unit evaluates the raw material composition related to the equipment on the basis of the calculated nonconformity value and evaluates the calculated nonconformity value based on at least one environmental factor in order to detect the error.

EFFECT: technical result consists in expansion of cleaning means for improvement of plant operation.
