FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment, specifically to means of monitoring physiological signals in a magnetic resonance medium. Electrocardiogram electrode plate (ECG) system for use in a magnetic resonance (MR) medium comprises a pad made of a flexible material with the possibility of being attached to human skin, wherein the patch comprises protruding parts on which there are electrodes configured to detect ECG signals with different amplitudes by pairs of electrodes in at least two different directions, and the ratio of the distance between the electrodes located on opposite sides relative to the lining central axis and the distance between the electrodes located on the same side relative to the central axis is greater than 1.5, wherein the patch has a shape allowing to reduce potential gaps in the substrate and formed potential gaps between the electrodes and the skin, which interfere with reliable ECG signals. Method for using the electrode pad involves attaching an electrode ECG patch to the patient's skin, wherein the electrodes are configured to detect ECG signals with different amplitudes by electrode pairs in at least two different directions.
EFFECT: use of inventions makes it possible to reduce losses during MRI scanning during synchronization with an ECG lead signal.
