FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to traumatology and orthopaedics, and can be used for treating fractures of shin and forearm bones. Method involves bone reduction, temporary and final fixation of fragments with screws. Fixation of the fracture is performed by using intact bone injured segment in intact bone osteosynthesis, connected to damaged bone fixation screws, which are inserted into fragments and intact bone patient through all cortical layers. Screws are located in horizontal and frontal planes with angle between them from 6 to 30°, temporary fragments fixators are removed.
EFFECT: method provides extending the range of products, reducing metal consumption of osteosynthesis without reducing its quality, reducing cost and providing wide accessibility of treatment for using intact double bone injured limb segment.
