FIELD: building materials industry; methods of production of concretes and building mortar mixtures based on the slag-alkaline binding agent.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the building materials industry and may be used at production of concretes and building mortar mixtures based on the slag-alkaline binding agent. The technical result of the invention is simplification of the production process, expansion of the raw materials base of the slag-alkaline binding agents and an increase of their hydraulic activity. The method of production of the binding agent provides for a grinding of the slag with the additive increasing the hydraulic activity of the binding agent and with the following tempering by the liquid glass mixture. In the capacity of the indicated additive they use the silica-alumina additive - the siliceous zeolite-containing rock of Tatarsko-Shatrshannsky deposit or the waste of the liquid glass production out of the siliceous zeolite-containing rock of Tatarsko-Shatrshannsky deposit, or the crumbs of synthetic zeolite - the waste of production of " Salavatnefteorgsintez" Public Company at the components ratio of (in mass %): slag and the indicated additive - 1:(0.05-0.1) - 70-75, the liquid glass - 25-30.

EFFECT: the invention ensures simplification of the production process, expansion of the raw materials base for production of the slag-alkaline binding agents and an increase of their hydraulic activity.
