SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and can be used for morphological evaluation of erythrocyte aggregation induced by high-molecular polymers. That is ensured by washing off red blood cells from the blood. Then they are mixed in ratio 2:1 with solution of high-molecular polymer (dextran or polyvinylpyrrolidone), which contains 0.1 % albumin. After that, said mixture is placed on a slide, mixed, lens ×100 is lowered into a drop of mixture. Performing erythrocytes microphotography.

EFFECT: invention enables evaluating erythrocyte aggregation by light microscopy.
