METHOD OF CONSTRUCTING PASSAGES IN DEEP LEVEL UNDERGROUND RAILWAY PYLON STATIONS Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC E21D9/00 E02D29/00

Abstract RU 2691420 C1

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction of deep level underground railway pylon stations and can be used for passage in clay soils of semi-solid and solid consistency. Proposed method comprises the following stages: during driving of central station tunnel in zones above passages it is drilled with drilling rig of the well till contact with lining of track station tunnel. Steel pipes are installed in wells and filled with cement-sand solution. Then the upper tubes of temporary filling of the opening frame are dismantled. Using the dismantling machine, a calotte is passed from the formed opening along the whole length of the passage with additional support made of the H-shaped frames. Central and tray tubes of temporary filling of the opening frame are dismantled. Using the dismantling machine, the soil is developed in the central and tray sections of the passage with fixation of the walls of the opening with cross braces from steel pipes, which are filled with cement-sand mortar. Forming is installed and concreting passage in one step.

EFFECT: technical result is minimization of day surface deposits and high efficiency of operations.
