FIELD: underground construction.

SUBSTANCE: method for constructing an underground station using a closed method of carrying out work on an existing underground line without interrupting train traffic includes construction of a middle station tunnel between two operating running tunnels, connecting the middle station tunnel with the running tunnels without interrupting train traffic and formation of a three-vaulted deep underground station with side tunnels. In this middle station tunnel, a passenger platform is built with technical rooms located underneath it, between the middle station tunnel and the stage tunnels, openings are constructed for passage of passengers, and the stage tunnels within the underground station are converted into side station tunnels. The middle station tunnel is made of monolithic reinforced concrete with a lining of arbitrary shape, open from the side tunnels. In the side station tunnels, monolithic reinforced concrete walls are constructed from the side of the middle station tunnel; the upper arch and tray slab of the lining of the middle tunnel are supported by monolithic reinforced concrete columns, concreted within the middle station tunnel and reinforced concrete walls in the side tunnels. Openings for passage of passengers between the middle station tunnel and the side tunnels are made in monolithic reinforced concrete walls, while sliding doors are installed in the openings for passage of passengers from the side tunnels.

EFFECT: improved manufacturability and mechanization of work when digging a middle station tunnel on the operating section of the underground line without stopping train traffic, reduced scope and timing of construction work, rational outline for the lining of station tunnels during construction of three-vaulted deep column-type underground stations.
