FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for production of part by selective laser sintering with application of surface plastic deformation and point contact welding. Plant for producing part from metal powder material comprises chamber, in upper part of which optical system and laser processing mechanism are installed, in the lower part there is a bedplate with a deposition system of metal powder material, containing a roller, two containers for collecting metal powder material, two feeders for feeding metal powder material, and construction platform made with possibility of translational movement in vertical direction and located between feeders of metal powder deposition system. On one side of one of the containers for collecting metal powder material there additionally is a manipulator with a built-in ball-electrode connected to the first contact additionally installed on the transformer bed, and the second contact of the transformer is connected to the construction platform.
EFFECT: higher interlayer cohesion strength and isotropy of physical and mechanical properties of the part.
