FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of part from metal powder material. Plant comprises a chamber, in which upper part a laser processing mechanism with an optical system is installed, and in lower part – foundation with located on it construction platform, made with possibility of translational movement in vertical direction. On one side of the construction platform there is a manipulator with a built-in burner of high-speed gas-flame spraying for application of layers of part from metal powder material to a construction platform. Construction platform is made of magnetic material to provide for deposition of sputtered layers from metal powder material, and the laser processing mechanism is configured to cut the part outline in the metal powder material layer and to fuse the metal powder material inside the part contour in the layer.
EFFECT: higher interlayer cohesion strength, isotropy of physical and mechanical properties, as well as higher purity and accuracy of geometrical shapes and sizes of the obtained part.
