FIELD: manufacturing technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of parts from metal powder material using 3D printing technologies. Method of layer-by-layer additive manufacturing of part includes production of first layer by application of metal powder material on platform and laser treatment, obtaining second and subsequent layers by applying metal powder material on first and previous layers, respectively, and laser treatment thereof. Application of metal powder material is performed by means of high-speed gas-flame spraying with angle of sputtering of 45–60° at distance of 20–30 cm with movement of gas-jet jet contact spot at speed of 5–10 mm/s. Treatment of metal powder material in each layer with a laser is carried out in two stages, on the first of which the part layer outline is annealed, and at second – processing horizontal inner surface of part layer contour with pitch equal to 1–2 thickness of layer.

EFFECT: higher cohesion strength of part along direction of formation of layers, as well as surface cleanliness and accuracy of dimensions and shape of obtained part.
