FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of parts from metal powder material using 3D printing technologies. Method involves production of first layer by application of metal powder material on platform, its alignment, compaction and treatment by laser with pitch equal to 1–2 thicknesses of layer, obtaining second and subsequent layers by applying metal powder material on first and previous layers, respectively, its alignment, compaction and laser treatment with pitch equal to 1–2 thickness of layer. Second and subsequent layers after laser treatment are subjected to running-in with ball electrode with simultaneous transmission through ball-electrode contact zone with surface of formed layer of pulsed electric current with force 1–2 kVA, voltage 1–2 V, pulse duration 0.01–0.08 with and with pulse frequency of 0.4–0.6 Hz, wherein the ball-electrode pressing force is 10–100 N, the deformation spot movement speed is from 1⋅10-3 up to 10⋅10-3 m/s.
EFFECT: higher cohesive strength of part along direction of formation of layers.
