SUBSTANCE: invention relates to molecular biotechnology, in particular to a cassette vector comprising a full-length cDNA of an alpha chain of a T-cell receptor of memory cells, a method of producing said vector, as well as a method for producing a line of mice transgenic on an alpha chain of a T-cell receptor of memory cells.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to create lines of genetically modified mice, containing in their genome rearranged gene locus of alpha chain of TCR memory cells with specificity to histocompatibility molecule H-2Kb.
