FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to cardiosurgery. For heart fixation, gauze tape of width of not less than 1 cm and length of not less than 30 cm is used. Note here that the tape is inserted into a manually or instrumentally formed hole between a lower hollow vein and a right lower pulmonary vein, so that the lower hollow vein with the venous cannula installed in it served as a support point for the braid fixed on one side outside the surgical wound on the right. Other part of the tape removes and fixes the desired area of the heart.
EFFECT: method enables reducing the number of surgeons involved in the operation, as well as avoiding the use of expensive myocardial stabilizers.
