FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment. Device for intraoperative positioning of seamless biological aortic valve prostheses for applying guiding seams and protecting coronary arteries from overlapping by pillars of the valve frame comprises a handle-holder, on which a working part is fixed, made replaceable with the possibility of replacing working parts of different diameters, corresponding to the diameters of prosthetic aortic valves to be installed, and having the form of a ring with three internal stiffeners. Stiffeners are connected to each other by one end in the center of the ring, and by the other end to the ring at the reference points located along the ring at equal distances from each other. Ring is marked as three marks distributed along the circumference of the ring at a distance of 120° and three marked zones, along the width of which corresponds to widths of frame pillars of the aortic valve prosthesis. Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a device for intraoperative positioning of seamless biological aortic valve prostheses. Wherein an aortic valve prosthesis meter, made in the form of a ring with three internal stiffeners, is used as a workpiece for the device.
EFFECT: technical result is providing the accurate intraoperative positioning of guiding seams of the aortic valve prosthesis, so that the valve pillars do not overlap coronary arteries.
