FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in production of multilayer structure of sliding bearings, in particular, consisting of steel base and plating layer from antifriction bronze alloy containing lead, for example tin-lead bronze. Plate of antifriction alloy is installed with clearance above fixed steel base and plate is thrown out of antifriction alloy on stationary steel base by initiation of explosive charge located above it. Plate is made of bronze containing lead. Prior to initiation of explosive charge, an intermediate layer in the form of a copper plate is introduced into the gap between the fixed steel base and the projectile to be thrown, the thickness of which is selected from the condition of prevention of lead ingress into the connection.
EFFECT: technical result consists in obtaining strong connection of antifriction alloys, in particular, bronzes containing lead, with steel during explosion welding.
