SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to surgical stapling and cutting tools and cassettes with staples intended for use with them. Staple cartridge assembly for use with a surgical stapling instrument comprises a cartridge body. Cartridge body includes a proximal end, a distal end, a platform, a longitudinal slot and a staple cavity. Longitudinal slot is formed in the platform passing from the proximal end to the distal end. Staple cavities are arranged in longitudinal rows. Each cavity for staple contains an upper hole, a lower hole, a proximal end, a distal end, a side wall of a cavity for a bracket and a bracket. Side wall of the staple cavity extends between the proximal end and the distal end. Staples are stored with possibility of removal in cavities for staples. Each staple comprises a proximal pedicle, a distal pedicle, a base and a retention projection. Base passes between the proximal pedicle and the distal pedicle. Retaining ledge passes from base. Retaining ledges of brackets interact with side walls of staple cavities to prevent loss of staples from lower holes of staple cavities. In the second version, the staple cartridge assembly for use with the surgical suturing instrument comprises a cassette body. Cartridge body includes a proximal end, a distal end, a platform, a lower portion, a longitudinal slot, a longitudinal passage, a staple cavity, a bracket, slide and proximal holding section. In the third version, the staple cartridge assembly for use with a surgical suturing instrument comprises a cassette body. Cartridge body includes a proximal end, a distal end, a platform, a lower portion, a longitudinal slot, a longitudinal passage, a staple cavity, a bracket, slides and retaining section.

EFFECT: invention is characterized by the fact that slides are prevented from cassette body when the doctor performs manipulations with the staple cartridge assembly.
