FIELD: surgical stapling and cutting tools.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a surgical staple for use with a surgical stapling instrument comprising an anvil, the abutment comprising a forming recess, wherein the surgical bracket comprises a base portion of the bracket and a pedicle of the bracket. Staple foot extends from bracket base section. Staple foot comprises a bracket tip. Staple tip comprises piercing tip. Piercing tip is made with possibility of contact with forming cavity for deformation of bracket leg. Tip comprises cutout section. Piercing tip is made with possibility of folding to cutout section in contact with forming recess such that the tip of the bracket receives a puncturing configuration and wherein the cut-out portion is configured to receive the piercing tip when the tip of the staple is deformed.
EFFECT: use of the invention provides the possibility of tissue incision and stapling.
