FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to surgical stapling and cutting tools and cassettes with staples intended for use with them. Disclosed is a staple cartridge assembly for use with a surgical stapling instrument, wherein the staple cartridge assembly comprises a cassette body. Cassette body includes a proximal end of the cassette, a distal end of the cassette, a platform, a longitudinal slot for the blade and a staple cavity. Longitudinal groove for the blade is formed in the platform passing from the proximal end of the cartridge to the distal end of the cartridge. Staple cavity comprises an upper opening, a proximal end of the cavity, a distal end of the cavity, a proximal guide, a distal guide, slot of cavity and bracket. Upper hole is formed in the platform. Proximal guide extends above the platform. Distal guide extends above the platform. Cavity slot extends between the proximal end of the cavity and the distal end of the cavity. Proximal guide and the distal guide extend laterally in relation to the cavity groove. Bracket is stored with possibility of removal in staple cavity. Bracket comprises first leg, second leg and base. First leg is located within the distal guide. Second leg is located within proximal guide. Base passes between second leg and first leg. Base is located in slot of cavity. In the second version, a staple cartridge assembly is disclosed for use with a surgical stapling instrument, wherein the staple cartridge assembly comprises a cassette body. Cartridge body comprises a proximal end of the cartridge, a distal end of the cartridge, a platform and a staple cavity. Staple cavity comprises a proximal end of the cavity, a distal end of the cavity, a proximal guide, a distal guide, a cavity groove and a bracket. Proximal guide extends over the platform and under it. Distal guide passes over the platform and under it. In the third version, the staple cartridge assembly for use with a surgical suturing instrument comprises a cassette body. Cartridge body comprises a proximal end of the cartridge, a distal end of the cartridge, a platform and a staple cavity. Staple cavity comprises a proximal end of the cavity, a distal end of the cavity, a proximal guide, a distal guide, a proximal cavity extension, a distal cavity extension, a cavity groove and a bracket.
EFFECT: group of inventions is characterized by the fact that the longitudinal groove is configured to accommodate the trigger element of the bracket and/or the tissue cutting element when the brackets are pushed out of the staple cavities.
