SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to surgical stapling and cutting tools and cassettes with staples intended for use with them. A cartridge with surgical staples for use with a surgical suturing instrument comprises a sled, a cassette body, a staple cavity and a staple strip. Staple strip is stored with possibility of removal inside staple cavities. Staple strip comprises brackets, strip and connecting sections. Connecting sections connect the brackets with the strip. Connecting sections are configured to release staples from the strip. Each staple comprises a pair of outwardly displacing leg brackets configured to interact with the cassette body and retain the staple strip in the cassette with surgical staples. In the second version, the cartridge with surgical staples for use with a surgical stapling instrument comprises a cartridge body, a staple cavity and a staple strip. Staple strip is stored with the possibility of being removed inside the cassette body. Staple strip comprises brackets, strip and connecting sections. Connecting sections connect the brackets with the strip. Connecting sections are made with possibility of interaction so that they release clips from strip. Staples, strip and connecting sections are metal. Staples comprise first brackets having a first crown width and second brackets having a second crown width which is different from the first crown width.

EFFECT: inventions are characterized by that change of bracket crown widths provide an efficient and/or working suturing structure.
