SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgical stapling and cutting tools and cassettes with staples intended for use with them. Staple cartridge assembly for stapling fabric comprises a cartridge body. Cartridge body comprises a proximal end, a distal end, a staple cavity and a staple. Staples are located in cavities for staples. Bracket comprises base, leg, lug, trigger element, starting inclined guide and aligning inclined guide. Leg passes from the base. Leg comprises tip to penetrate into tissue. Tab passes from the base. Starting element is configured to push staples out of staple cavities. Firing member is configured to contact with lug of any bracket, which is incorrectly oriented inside its cavity for the bracket before extrusion of incorrectly oriented bracket from its cavity for bracket. Starting inclined guide is made with possibility of contact with bases of brackets for pushing staples out of staple cavities. Combining inclined guide is made with possibility of contact with staple lugs, if staples are incorrectly oriented. Firing element comprises starting channel and aligning channel. Starting channel is aligned with starting inclined guide. Starting channel is configured to place bracket bases. Combining channel is combined with aligning inclined guide. Combining channel is configured to place staple lugs after correct orientation of staples.
