FIELD: valve industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to valve industry, in particular, to control valves of axial flow used in industrial pipeline valves, and is intended for control and shutoff of working media of liquids and gases. Control axial valve comprises external and internal housings, inlet and outlet branch pipes with flanges, flow divider, locking device of cylindrical shape, translational drive in the form of a rack mechanism, the inner surface of the locking device interacts with the outer surface of the flow divider, on which there are longitudinal grooves of curvilinear cross section, longitudinal axes of which are parallel to longitudinal axis of the valve, and width and depth increase to outlet branch pipe. In the outlet branch pipe there is an expansion bushing, on the inner surface of which there are axially symmetrically installed dividers having the shape of pyramids, the bases of which lie in the plane perpendicular to the valve axis, and the vertices are directed towards the outlet hole of the expansion bushing, and inner surfaces of longitudinal grooves are connected by radial channels of round cross section with inner cavity of flow divider, besides, diameter of radial channels increases to outlet branch pipe.
EFFECT: proposed control axial valve has relatively simple design, allows to reduce cavitation effects and provides relatively low hydraulic resistance in open position.
