FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to quantitative assessment of degree of osteointegration materials, as well as their effect on reparative bone tissue regeneration. Method for assessing degree of integrating osteosubstitution materials involves assessing the degree of integration of the implant according to the X-ray spectrometric pattern of the bone-implant boundary, wherein method of X-ray spectral microanalysis is used to determine ratio of calcium and phosphorus in peri-implanted area of bone bed, based on obtained data osteointegration index Oi is calculated, and if Oi ≥ 1, the presence of osteointegration of the implant is judged, if Oi from 1 to 0.5, osteointegration is not stated, and if Oi < 0.5, no osseointegration is stated, wherein the osteointegration index is calculated by formula:

where Oi – osteointegration index, Cai is the percentage of calcium corresponding to the i point in the peri-implant zone located at distance of 100 mcm from the implant, Pi is the percentage of phosphorus corresponding to i point in the peri-implant zone located at distance of 100 mcm from the implant, Caj – percentage of calcium corresponding to a j point in the peri-implant zone located at distance of 500 mcm from the implant, Pj – percentage of phosphorus, corresponding to a j point in the peri-implant zone located at distance of 500 mcm from the implant.
EFFECT: use of the invention enables more accurate determination of degree of integration of osteosubstrate materials during their implantation for replacement of bone tissue defects.
