FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing a heterostructure, which can be used as a superionic conductor with a protective layer and a photocatalyst with controlled activity. Method of producing heterostructure glass enriched in Si/δ*-Bi2O3/glass enriched with Bi, in system Bi2O3-SiO2 includes fast mechanical mixing of initial Bi2O3 and SiO2 components, loading them into a platinum crucible, heating to 1,047±20 °C…1,250±20 °C with holding for at least 15 minutes with subsequent cooling at rate of 10–1,000 °C/s.

EFFECT: obtaining a three-layer heterostructure consisting of two types of glasses and a superionic conductor (δ*-Bi2O3), free of impurities and extraneous impurity phases.
