Method comprises steps of: selecting a sequence number ν shear in which ν ranges from 0 to (nRAshiftnRAgroup+̅nRAshift-1); and obtaining value Cν cyclic shift in accordance with sequence number ν shift, wherein Cν corresponds to formula , where doffset is a constant integer or equal to 0, and NCS is the number of cyclic shifts occupied by one user, wherein nRAshift, dstart, nRAgroup and ̅nRAshift satisfy reduced expressions; generating random access channel ZC sequence in accordance with value Cν cyclic shift.

EFFECT: avoiding mutual interference between multiple random access sequences UE caused by Doppler frequency shift.
