FIELD: communication equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication. Embodiments of the present invention provide a method, apparatus, and system for generating a random access sequence. Method for generating a random access sequence includes the steps of: generating a notification signaling using the base station, where the notification signaling includes indication information used to direct the user device (UE) to select a sequence shift number from 0 to , the number of the shift sequence is an integer, nRAshift represents the number of candidates for UE sequence shifts in a group, nRAgroup is the number of groups, is the number of candidates for UE sequence shifts in a finite length that is insufficient for the group, is the number of candidates for the UE sequence shifts in the first remaining sequence shifts and is the number of candidates for the UE sequence shifts in the second remaining sequence shifts; and transmitting, by the base station, a notification signaling to the UE, so that the UE is configured to generate a random access sequence.
EFFECT: method for generating a random access sequence is proposed.
