SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, namely to oncology, and can be used for treating cancer, which expresses gastrin releasing peptide (GRPR) receptor. Disclosed is a pharmaceutical composition containing a GRPR antagonist containing a radioactive label of general formula: MC-S-P and a therapeutically acceptable excipient. Also disclosed are a pharmaceutical composition for detecting, visualizing, diagnosing and / or targeting cancer expressing a gastrin releasing peptide receptor, a method of detecting, visualizing, diagnosing, targeting and treating cancer of expressing GRPR, compound NeoBOMB-1 and NeoBOMB-2.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides diagnosing and treating said cancer in a subject.
