SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the chemical-pharmaceutical industry and is a method of producing a stable lyophilised composition and the lyophilised composition itself containing hepatocyte growth factor; trehalose and one or more compounds selected from the group consisting of arginine, histidine, lysine, meglumine, glutamic acid, aspartic acid, proline, creatine, creatinine, tris(hydroxymethyl) methylamine and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts. Inventions also include a method for stabilizing hepatocyte growth factor, involving lyophilization of an aqueous solution to obtain a lyophilized composition described above.
EFFECT: group of inventions enables to obtain a lyophilized composition having improved storage stability of hepatocyte growth factor as compared to conventional lyophilized compositions.
