FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a composition in the form of a topical suspension for treating infections of eyes, ears or nose, as well as to a method of treating infection of eyes, ears or nose. Suspension composition contains finafloxacin, which is finafloxacin form A free base, a solubilising agent, a suspending agent, and wherein said composition retains substantial homogeneity for more than 8 hours at temperature of 25 °C and has pH of 5.8 to 6.2.
EFFECT: implementation of the invention enables to obtain a composition with high stability in the form of a suspension with finafloxacin for treating infections of eyes, ears and nose.
