SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry. Method for preparation of rice paste with hot pepper envisaging: rice soaking in water or water addition to rice and its steaming; inoculation of strain CJ 1354 Aspergillus oryzae into steamed rice and incubation to produce koji on rice; soya beans soaking in water or water addition to soya beans and their steaming; inoculation of strain CJ 14-6 Bacillus amyloliquefaciens into steamed soya beans and incubation to produce koji on soya beans; addition of koji on rice and koji on soya beans of salt solution and at least one of the ingredient selected from a group consisting of steamed rice, a soya bean processing product, a medju and milking agent, for the first mixture preparation and the first ripening; adding powdered red chili peppers, and then at least one ingredient selected from a group consisting of starch sugar, soya bean sauce, a salt, a grain processing product to a first mixture for preparing a second mixture; sterilization and second aging.
EFFECT: produced rice paste with hot pepper is used as food that has activity against obesity.
