FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to frequency generation means. To achieve technical result, there are proposed frequency generation facilities, which control amplitude of oscillator, using two feedback channels for generation of high-frequency signals with lower power consumption and lower noise. First feedback path provides continuous control of the oscillator amplitude, reacting to the amplitude determined at the oscillator output. Second feedback path provides discrete control of the oscillation amplitude control parameter, responding to a certain amplitude of the oscillator. Since second feedback path provides correction of amplitude adjustment parameter, second feedback path makes it possible for the amplifier to operate at reduced amplification along the first feedback path and thus also with reduced power and reduced noise without deterioration of the oscillator operation characteristics.

EFFECT: reduced power consumption, noise and acceleration of start-up time.
