System comprises a module for forming a three-dimensional model of objects for receiving telemetric data, receiving images and generating height maps; a module for recognizing objects for receiving a height map, detecting alignment data of world coordinates with other types of coordinate systems, at least one of objects in images and locations of at least one of objects detected in images, consolidating locations of objects detected in images, and forming a mask associated with the vehicle path and at least one of the objects detected in the images; a risk analysis module using regions objects masks, area height maps, world coordinate alignment data with other types of coordinate systems, a parametrized representation of given types of objects and an infrastructure rule for analyzing and detecting risks associated with objects by determining whether infrastructure rules are violated.
